1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ji33 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ji33 online gaming platform available at ji33.club and its associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing ji33 account, or otherwise accessing any part of the ji33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the ji33 platform from time to time.

If you are accessing ji33 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ji33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. ji33 strictly enforces this age limit and conducts age verification during registration.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay. ji33 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ji33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ji33 or by any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a previous ji33 account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

ji33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) ji33 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a ji33 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your ji33 login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify ji33 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.

ji33 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that registration information is false, incomplete, or misleading, or where eligibility requirements are not met.

Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your ji33 account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ji33 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ji33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be used for deposits.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your ji33 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. ji33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ji33 may request government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• ji33 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are displayed on the ji33 cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

ji33 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may be required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. By using the ji33 platform, you consent to such reporting where legally required.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ji33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

• Bonuses are credited to your ji33 account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• ji33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as account suspension.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another player.
• In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ji33 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

ji33 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for electronic games and licensed live dealer feeds for live casino games. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by ji33 beyond the stated house edge or return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's ji33 wallet.
• ji33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
• Bets placed after the official close of a market or after a game round has concluded will be voided.
• ji33's decision on all game-related disputes is final, subject to the escalation procedure described in Section 14.

7. Responsible Gaming

ji33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits that reflect their financial circumstances.

ji33 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your ji33 account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend real-money gaming on your ji33 account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent exclusion from the ji33 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji33 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one ji33 account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the ji33 platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the ji33 platform. Any such errors must be reported to ji33 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the ji33 platform.
• Attempting to access the ji33 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ji33 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing your ji33 account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by ji33.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ji33 platform — including but not limited to the ji33 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ji33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ji33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ji33 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ji33 content.
• Use any ji33 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the ji33 platform.

Any unauthorised use of ji33 intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji33 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ji33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorised access to your ji33 account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the ji33 platform.

ji33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ji33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ji33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy

ji33 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a ji33 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ji33 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and ji33 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ji33 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to gaming outcomes or platform conduct, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ji33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ji33 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the ji33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the ji33 platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

ji33 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as described in Section 12.
